One of my heroes, and the man who started me on my journey into the world of science, and in particular, Space Exploration, is Carl Sagan, the man behind the TV series 'Cosmos'. What many people probably don't know is that outside of the hit series, he was a giant in the fields of planetary science and space exploration. This episode discusses his impact on the popularisation of science, his impact on space exploration and how his poetical use of words captured the imagination of budding scientists everywhere.
